Hearing Testing Equipment Service, All Makes and Models
Calibration is only as accurate as the measuring instruments used. Our sound level meters and measuring instruments are monitored closely and calibrated annually. We have bi-monthly training sessions for our service technicians to maintain proficiency and learn service procedures on new or updated models. Our 48 years of experience have led to strategies designed for maximum efficiency and quality of service. This allows us to offer very competitive prices for on-site service and repairs in even remote locations throughout the Southeast with no travel fees.
Vision Screening Equipment Service, All Makes and Models
Manufacturers recommend annual service for each vision screener. Repairs are sometimes necessary. We have the experience necessary to recognize the need for maintenance and perform preventive measures to ensure long life and trouble free service. Our technicians carry the parts required for the most common repairs with them at all times. Telemetrics is a factory authorized service center for Titmus Vision Screeners.
Hearing Testing Booths/Acoustical Enclosures, Relocation, Repair, and Installation
We have installed or moved hundreds of hearing testing booths and understand how to maintain the acoustical integrity of each enclosure. The efficiency and knowledge of our booth installers allow us to charge less to deliver a new booth or move an old one. We manufacture our own booths and can supply new parts when necessary to repair a booth that has been moved too many times.
